We would like to have root on a large Sun schedule incremental backups
and then allow any user to restore files that he/she is allowed to read.
That looks possible.  However, we think it might become necessary not to
allow those users to do backups.  Is it possible to give the users on
a UNIX system the ability to restore without giving them the ability
to do backups themselves?
