Mitch, Any line starting with '*' in include/exclude file is considered
as a comment line. For example,
* Mitch authorized to exclude next line
exclude /home/mitch
Currently following is not supported.
exclude /home/mitch /* Mitch authorized this */
This means you can't have the comment at the same line with 'exclude'.

Is there a suggest way to put comments into the include/exclude file?
I want to exclude things and include a comment as to who authorized it
just in case there is a problem later.
