OK, WE ADMIT IT !
We have not been as clear and concise as we could have
been when it comes to communicating how the service "level sets" work
in ADSM (we still prefer to call them PTFs (Program Temporary Fixes)).
We hope that this update and future updates will help to de-mystify
the Service and Support for ADSM.
Over the next week we will put out on this bulletin board and others
the proposed Service Fix Process for your input. In the mean time attached
is the current fix levels for all of ADSM. I hope this helps to clear
up some of the confusion that appears to be out there.
We appreciate your continued observations, discussions and support
of ADSM.
