You have to be missing a pre-req somewhere or else the vendor MIBs do not go all the way back to .1.3.6.1.4.1 to define the enterprise OID.
I'd open a PMR to support and get personalized help.
PS: There are never any circumstances which would require you to concatenate RFC1213. All those definitions are built into the product. That's where mib2trap starts.

[NV-L] Mib2trap - NetApp.mib Help
Sent by:

Hi,
I need some help. I'm on NV 7.1.4 FP5 on AIX.
I'm trying to compile network appliance MIB (netapp.mib). When i do a mib2trap on netapp.mib, i'm not getting any OIDs in the script. I also concatenated RFC1213-MIB,SNMP-SMI-MIB and netapp.mib into file. Still no success.
Any ideas why?
Thanks in advance.
Larry
