Sorry for the bad news, but you are really on your own with this. I'd stay where you are. It's the only safe thing to do, beside upgrading to a supported level of NetView.

NetView 7.1.3 is out of support entirely; only 7.1.4 FixPack 5 and 7.1.5 with the current FixPack, FixPack 3, are supported. And NetView has never been tested on AIX 6.1. If it works, great. If it doesn't, no steps will be taken by IBM Support to make it work.

I am currently running NetView 7.1.3 on AIX 5.2 and they are upgrading AIX to 6.1. Does anyone know if NetView 7.1.3 will still be ok on 6.1? Are there any tips or gotcha's I might have to be aware of?
