Thank you all for your responses thus
far!
I'm currently examining trapd.log to
see if I can create some traps based on the info there.
I have also raised a call with Netview
Level 2 to see if they can help me get something useful going.
I guess I'm getting to know Netview
a little better every time there's a problem!
