Well, I see two issues here, though this is not my area of expertise.  You
should probably open a PMR to Support.

(1) The locale.  It says at the beginning
 Install the default en_US language only.
but then it cannot set the locale, most probably to en_US.  Do you have
that locale installed or not?

(2) ld.so.1: ovw: fatal: libXm.so.3: open failed: No such file or directory
/usr/OV/install/system/OVWIN/customize[238]: 28526 Killed

libXm.so.3 is a system library.  Is it in your PATH?

Need your advice on the NV7.1.5 installation (Solaris 9). I have the
following error message.

# ./instalnv -k SERVER -q

   Perform a quiet installation (no user-input required).
