Are you root? Have you tried the smitty menus under "Communications Applications and Services"?

To <nv-l AT lists.ca.ibm DOT com> cc Subject [NV-L] Cannot open server setup application

Running Netview 7.1.4.5 on Aix 5.2. Since going to fixpack 5,  Server
Setup application will not open. When try to open from the command line
get output cannot open ODM file. Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.
