Yes. Turn it off. Click the button back to "Do Not Forward" and the ugly error message on your TEC console will go away.

No. The "Forward trap" button in xnmtrap is just to identify traps to be
sent to another trapd.

Where is the second trapd specified? Should this forwarding be turned off
if it is not used?
