If your refering to VLANing in ITSA then the answer is ITSA 1.3 does not support vlan ids > 1005. This is due to the way certain Cisco devices handle vlan ids > 1005 when used with community string indexing (CSI). CSI is used with Cisco devices as a method of retrieving vlan information via SNMP.
From my under stating this problem is dealt with in the next release of ITSA. There currently is no patch available for 1.3. Thank You Sandro P. Seminara
