do an
ovobjprint -s ino0s295.svr.bankone.net
and examine the output.
Does it say "isSNMPSupported TRUE" or not?
If not, then netmon has not been able to contact this device successfully
via SNMP, which probably means that the community name for it that you have
in xnmsnmpconf is incorrect. You'll have to fix that first and demandpoll
the node before you can get snmpCollect to collect from that node. You can
select the node from the GUI and do "Test -> Demand Poll" or use
nmdemandpoll from the command line.
