Don't know about that MIB.  But if you want to monitor your routers, I
recommend that you start by examining a white paper you can get from Cisco
themselves called
      "Cisco Network Monitoring and Event Correlation Guidelines" (1999)
You can download it from their website, though I don't have the URL handy.

I am running Netview 7.1.4 FP03 on Win2K Server and wants to monitor the
Link traffic using Netflow on Cisco routers.

Please share your thoughts on using cisco-Netflow-MIB to accomplishing
this.
