Jorge,
You need to get the addtrap script provided by PowerWare.
Here's an example of what it contains:

/usr/OV/bin/addtrap             \
        -n xupsTrapPortN        \
        -l PowerWare22              \
        -i 1.3.6.1.4.1.534.1.11.4.2     \
        -g 6                    \
        -s 22                   \
        -o A                    \
        -S 2                    \
        -t 0                    \
        -c "Status Events"      \
        -f -                    \
-F "From \$5: An alarm condition (\$2) has been cleared \n and the entry removed from the Alarm Table.\n"

/usr/OV/bin/addtrap             \
        -n xupsTrapPortN        \
        -l PowerWare23              \
        -i 1.3.6.1.4.1.534.1.11.4.2     \
        -g 6                    \
        -s 23                   \
        -o A                    \
        -S 5                    \
        -t 0                    \
        -c "Status Events"      \
        -f -                    \
-F "From \$5: One or more batteries have been determined to require replacement.\n Cause: \$3 \n"

Email me directly if you want me to send you what I have. It may be out of date (May 2002).
