You need to get the addtrap script provided by PowerWare.
Here's an example of what it contains:

-n xupsTrapPortN \
-l PowerWare22 \
-i 1.3.6.1.4.1.534.1.11.4.2 \

-s 22 \
-o A \
-S 2 \
-t 0 \
-c "Status Events" \
