  I'm doing the following test: I remove the cable from an interface of an
AIX cluster machine (os-level 5.1-ML5) and wait 5 minutes for a SNMP status
poll (I'm using $ in netmon seed file) ... but nothing chages. I go to the
mibtree and I have admin and operative status of all interfaces set on UP.
Is there an APAR for that or ... what should I do?
