SNMP Research doesn't have any agent for AIX.
Net-SNMP has an agent but it is not clear how much
of the Host Resources MIB it supports.

Is there anything that comes standard with AIX?

SNMP Research (www.snmp.com) provide an agent, Common Intelligent Agent, that includes a subagent for the Host Resources MIB. Runs on a variety of OS.
