John,

    Take a look in www.cygwin.com .
Cygwin is a Linux-like environment for Windows. It consists of two parts:
a.. A DLL (cygwin1.dll) which acts as a Linux emulation layer providing
substantial Linux API functionality.
a.. A collection of tools, which provide Linux look and feel.
a.. Freeware

Cheers,

  Hello lists,

I have to run scripts which are developed for a Unix implementation of
NetView. I copied bash.exe, sh.exe, echo.exe, cat.exe, grep.exe and
win32gnu.dll from a Tivoli Data Warehouse installation on another machine to
help me do this.

In case there is no other Tivoli installation running, from where can these
files be obtained?

  Thanks for help.

  John F
