The way to get around this is to edit the configuration file directly to add your SNMP V2 variables and then bounce snmpCollect. The file in question is /usr/OV/conf/snmpCol.conf - you should be able to work out the format by looking at the file. I would strongly suggest taking a backup of this file before you hack it.

Cheers,
Jane

Hi Folks,
I am trying to setup thresholds for some SNMP V2 MIBS counters ... It looks like the tool only allows you to load V1 MIBS ... Q1: How do I setup thresholds for SNMP V2 MIBS? Thanks,

Thank You,
