This is an example of my argument with IBM's Enhancement Request process. I also have clients who have asked for exactly this same feature. It seems stupid to raise another Enhancement Request saying more-or-less the same thing - we probably just end up with 2 "similar" requests. But, if I can see existing Enhancment Requests, I can add my weight and say "me too".

    We had thought about the Scopes.  But, on having tried to do it,
    we see that only allows to establish "Networks and "Locations".
    There is some way of obtaining it?
