Dominic,
You need SNMP access to the switch so that NetView can learn from the address table that all of those addresses are actually on the same device.

If you cannot gain SNMP access your other option is to put all of the IP Addresses in your /etc/hosts file.
Use the exact same name for the switch for each and every IP Address.
