Kevin,

Are you talking about symbols or backgrounds for you map?

To see the symbols, do Help -> Legend from your GUI. You will see the all bitmaps.
They are located in /usr/OV/bitmaps/C. To make you own, user you bitmap editor and make .b and .m files. Sizes 50x50, 44x44,38x38.... and compile it with ovw_config after you test it with ovw_verify. After that you are ready to use it.

Donald, Folks,

I am curious... how did you create these bitmaps? Can I be safe to assume they are
used as location, ie, a "Symbol Subclass for Class Location"? I ask because just last
week I was aksed if there was a location object for Switzerland. So far I have not
found any info in the Archives:

http://lists.skills-1st.co.uk/mharc/html/nv-l/

Thanks for that Jane... where would we be without our beloved archive for referance?

Regards,
Kevin.
