Sean,
This BadOID SmartSet (NT) is used to identify which SNMP nodes do not have a corresponding entry for their OID in the oid to sym and/or oid to type file(s).

Subject: [nv-l] BadOID smartset

Hello All,

Sorry some more simple questions.  If I have a number of devices in my
BadOID smartset does this insinuate that I do not have the MIB loaded for
this device?.

and therefore If I load the MIB this device should disappear from the
smartset??.

I appear to be getting confused as this is not happening.

Also has anyone got any tips for loading MIB's  that error because another
mib has a duplicate field/slot names?

Regards
