Dominic,
You have turned on trap forwarding in the Event Configuration context.
Don't do that.... Change it back to: [Do Not Forward]
This option is only used if you have configured trapd to forward traps to another SNMP manager.
It is NOT for TEC. TEC forwarding is configured via Administer --> Server Setup or SMIT.
