Hello,
 
an easy question for you:
 
I keep receving events in my Control Desk about an equipment, which I know is having some configuration problem.
 
I selected the object icon in Netview and put it to Aknowledge status. Its color went dark green as anticipated but I keep receiving events and people are therefore paged every 15 minutes.
 
How can I really ACK this object?
