This is a multipart message in MIME format. Sorry, but no. NetView does not supply a command-line executable to
manage/unmanage an object.
Manage/unmanage are operations relative to a map, not to the objects
themselves, because you may have more than one map and different objects
may be managed on one and unmanaged on another. And since it is ipmap
which actually does the manage/unmanage, you must have the map open
read-write to do it.
