This is a multipart message in MIME format.

There should be a fix available for this.
We talked about it in  a meeting for the contents of 6.0.3, but I don't 
know if it is included in that or not (6.0.3 went to manufacturing last 
Friday).
The problem is that ipmap (he's the one writing the "recv_event: recv_trap 
failed" in the nv6000.log) gets in a loop sending and receiving these traps 
when 
there is more than one map open.  Each ipmap thinks he has to notify the 
others so they keep sending the same notifications over and over. 
Anyway, it was reported as recently fixed.

Update on my problem with Acknowledged / Unacknowledged traps crashing
NetView.
It happened again last night. NetView logged 400,000 Acknowledged /
Unacknowledged traps in an hour.
nvcorrd core dumped, trapd core dumped, NetView of course, Crashed !
nv6000.log filled the root filesystem with "recv_event: recv_trap failed"
It wasn't a pretty sight.

I have opened a PMR with support (87582).

Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?
