Dave,

Do you have many hidden objects in your maps that you are accessing via the
Web Client?

I ask this as I am running the same config as you and experienced a
performance problem when I had loads of hidden objects, leading to the Web
Client hanging. By unhiding the objects, the problem disappeared (once the
web client had been restarted).

I received an efix from Tivoli Support which addressed the problem - I
guess it will be formally addressed in 6.0.2.

Subject: Web Client Performance

Hi all,
         I am running AIX 4.3.3 - 6.02 - My network operation center uses
the Web Client to monitor the network and it is hanging up. When selecting
a smartset or a collection basket from the IP Internet Map it just sets
there and will not allow you to do anything more. We end up having to
terminate the session via task manager. Also, I attempted to ACKNOWLEDGE a
device but it did not change the color.  I stopped and start the Webserver
