When you say that you have loaded the related Traps, what
exactly do you mean? The mib file may have trap definitions in it,
but that does not enable Netview to format them. For that you have
to either run the mib2trap command against the mib file to generate
a script and run that script - or do the job manually (Options...Event
configuration) using the information in the traps. See also the man
page for trapd.conf and the addtrap command.
Ask again if I have not understood...

Hi all,
i wonder if anyone could help me with this.
I have loaded the following MIBs and the related traps:
cisco-isdn-mib-v1smi.my
cisco-isdnu-if-mib-v1smi.my
But, in spite of this, i'm getting the following unknown trap:
Enterprise: ciscoIsdnMibTrapPrefix (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.26.2)
generic: 6 specific: 3 args(2):
[1] mgmt.mib-2.interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifIndex.3 (Integer): 3
[2] mgmt.mib-2.transmission.20.1.3.4.1.2.3 (Integer): 2
NetView 6.0.1 Framework 3.6.2 Solaris 2.6
I'd appreciate any hints
TIA
Costas
