nvcoord ruleset and template documentation

Subject: nvcoord ruleset and template documentation

I'm looking for documentation regarding the development of rulesets for
nvcoord.  I'm using NetView for NT (V6.0.1) and so don't have ready access
to the GUI ruleset editor nor have I found much detail in the accompanying
NetView documentation.  Can anyone recommend a good source of documentation
or book which might get me started.
