RS6000/AIX Snmp Agent

Hello to all,
         In my organization, I have a Network Management System running on
RS6000 with AIX 4.3.2.0.
         I want to manage other RS6000 machines with AIX on them that we
use.
         Usually, I manage my network devices via snmp agents that sends me
snmp traps for hardware and system problems.
         In order to complete the picture, I also check some MIB's and rise
an snmp trap for critical values.

        My question: is there an SNMP Agent for AIX 4.3.2.0 and a MIB file
to load, or another recommended way
                            to manage the above.
