Be careful migrating an AIX generated ruleset to NT. I have been fighting
with the rulesets in NetView NT v6 for the last couple of months.

Not all of the "node" types are available in NT (meaning they don't work).
i.e. Action, Database Query, etc. Basically anything that uses the action
daemon which does not exist in NetView for NT.

As for editing, I tried and gave up after a day or two and installed NetView
for Unix on an old Sun Sparc just to use for the ruleset editor. I would
suggest you find
any kind of Unix box which you can borrow to load it on just for the editor.
Turn off all of the daemon processing and management.
