Any MIB definition can contain a trap definition.   The most reliable
way to find them is to look for 
TRAP-TYPE (via grep or some similar utility).

For Cisco, they actually have a consolidated file called cisco-traps (or
something similar) with a majority of their Enterprise specific traps
contained therein.

They also have a script on their ftp site containing addtrap statements
for the major traps you can expect in their product line.   It's a
little dated but still fairly accurate.
