You have a Cisco device in your network you have configured to send you
traps.  Now you must define those traps to NetView.  You can do that
yourself via Options --> Event Configuration -> Trap Customization and
define first the Cisco enterprise and then this trap or you can go to the
Cisco website and get an addtrap script from them which will define about
400 of their traps to your NetView.   You can read about  Configuring
Events in the NetView Administrator's Guide.
