Ok, I've got enough resources to handle it. I know that Cisco is working on 
further integration with netview in the next few releases. Thanks.

They can be installed on the same machine.  With that said, you need to
consider each piece of software's hardware requirements to ensure that each
has enough server capacity to co-exist.
