The term "dispsub" means 'display submap'.  To correct your problem run the
command
/usr/OV/service/reset_ci     /* this notifies Netview that the host
machine's ipaddr is changed and it corrects for this. */
/usr/OV/bin/mapadmin -u <mapname>:<hostname> /* run this for every map that
you have which updates the map:host association */
