events are kept in /etc/Tivoli/tec/cache if they cannot be sent and this
file is re-sent when communications are re-established. This is true of
all TEC adapters.

In the event of a T/EC communication failure, does NetView buffer events
that are to be forwarded to T/EC and then send them once T/EC comes back
up?
Also, is there a log file somewhere on NetView to show what events have
been
sent to T/EC?
