Netview startup error message

Subject: Netview startup error message

All,
I get the following error whenever Netview 5 is started:

Error During Reading Background File
        Press OK

Some have suggested that this has to do with the map background files, but
I don't think this is the case.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advacnce,
