Yes, you did not have the Tivoli environment sourced when you did the
ovstart.  So the daemons do not inherit the correct environment.
Issue
(1) ovstop
(2) ovstop nvsecd
(3) now issue  " .  /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh  "  (without the quotes).
(40 ovstart

Hi,
 Our Netview died last night and when I tried to restart it, the ovtopmd
daemon is failing with an exit code of 255.  Any one know the quick fix ?
