I believe this is a timing issue. NetView will not be aware of the change
until he does a config poll and the default time for that is once a day.
So if you want anything before that you would have to delete and rediscover
or do a demand poll at least.

Subject: Admin Down Interface

Hi,

When Netview discovers an interface that is administratively down, it tags
an "AD" to the end of the selection name of that interface. My question is
when the interface is later changed from admin down to up (in the router
config), will Netview automatically remove the AD tag? Or we must manually
remove the interface and let Netview rediscover it with the correct status?

Thanks

Simon Huang
