Cisco Thresholding

I am urgently trying to find some MIB fields to enable me to
threshold on the following:-

    -% CPU Utilisation over 15 min
    -% Collision Rate over 30 min
    -% Bandwidth utilisation over 30 min

I had a look at the range of MIBs available from
ftp.cisco.com but they seemed not to provide the sort of
answers I was after.   Does anybody have any good ideas?
