Don,

I think 7.1.x.x has some bugs when you copy policies. With 7.1.0.3, and Exchange, there has been several times where I have had to re-create the policies from scratch – not copy. Then the policies would work. I would try that first.

I’m running Netbackup 7.1.0.4 on a windows 2008R2 master and media servers. I recently created 4 new policies to back up our 28 exchange databases, each policy has 7 databases. Last night policies 1 and 3 ran without any issues, however policies 2 and 4 both failed with a status 112 (no files specified in the file list(112). I can copy these databases out of policy 2 and 4 into a manual policy that I use for one off backups and these databases run without any issues. Does anyone know how to correct the status 112 errors?
