If I read into your message correctly, your firewall is timing out the
connection while you have a long running client backup? We had that issue
and the solution that worked for us was to increase the timeout on the
firewall. I guess the master/media server setting would work as well.

We have a client behind a firewall and have found technote

Which suggest to change the KeepAliveTime to less than the firewall,
the firewall in question have a timeout of 300 seconds

What are others experience with changing this value from the default 2
hours to less tahn5 minutes ?
