[Veritas-bu] Duplication on Exchange 2010

Hi,

Can somebody please help, the exchange 2010 backups run successfully but the duplication to tape kicks off but the status of the drives is “mounting” but nothing happens, no tape is mounted. We running Netbackup 7.1.0.4 on Windows 2008 R2 master and media servers. Tapes are writable and erased/labeled.
