Your disk may be full of logs. When /opt is at 100% you can get errors like the ones you've pasted and try the below command

/usr/openv/db/bin/NB_dbsrv
if you get an output like this,

ld.so.1: dbsrv9: fatal: libdbserv9_r.so: open failed: No such file or
directory
