Do you only have one job for the host?  You don't get a parent job and
then child jobs for each stream?  Do you have "Allow multiple data
streams" checked on the policy?

I get a separate job for each stream, so it's easy to just click
"restart job" and rerun the failed stream.

If you don't already, consider clicking the "allow multiple data
streams" box.  If you're worried about overloading the client, just
limit the jobs per policy on the policy.
