When you added it to the policy, did you add it as a NT?  Go to the policy and 
change the os type.

And as for the port being blocked we are going to see about opening them up.

Also if you let it sit the long enough it finally connects but in the host 
properties it states it is a WindowsNT box nad in reality it is a W2k3 server..
