[Veritas-bu] report backup status elapsed time

Okay, here's a confusing one...
I used Reports > Client Backups and ran a separate report for the last 9
weekends. (We run full backups on weekends starting Friday night).
My results are surprising and I cannot quantify why it looks this way...

As you can see, on Week 7, my elapsed time went through the roof.
Here's the issue. Week 7 is when I implemented many changes.
- Created 1 policy per client. No more policies with many clients.
- Allowed multi-streaming on most policies, so every client now has a parent
job and spawns multiple child jobs.
- Enabled multiplexing on storage units/drives/policies
After these changes my weekend Full backups are finishing Saturday afternoon.
Before Week 7, we were backing up into Monday morning. So all my backups are
finishing ~24 hours earlier, why is my elapsed time reporting so much higher??
