Did you follow the upgrade document located here:

what is not done completely?

All I done was:

Upgrade Master Server + Maint Pack

nbpushdata -add

Then carried out the same steps for the Media and SAN Media Servers.

Any errors in your event logs (Windows?) as an example? Sorry unsure what platform your Master is on.

We have upgraded the media server from 5.1 to 6.5.5

But its not done completely.

We ran the command: nbpushdata -add from the media server after the upgradation.

Do we need to do anything else too or we doing something wrong?

Please help.
