Seen this before and easiest way to determine where the failure occurs,
without changing your policy is to follow the above technote...
**** DON'T LEAVE THE TOUCHFILE IN PLACE **** otherwise you will run out of
space in your logs folder.
Allow the job to complete, ie dont cancel (get a status 150) and the last path
in your log will be where the issue occurs. This could be related to any of
the items mentioned above (disk, path depths etc).
When you identify where the problem is you can then assess whether the policy
should be broken up or if housekeeping should be done.
