You will need to rebuild the sg driver.
Try the following:

# cd /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/driver
# /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/sg.build all -mt 15 -ml 1
 
Install the new sg driver configuration:

# /usr/bin/rm -f /kernel/drv/sg.conf
# /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/driver/sg.install
 
# /usr/openv/volmgr/bin/sgscan tape

But when i am going through Device Configuration through GUI it shows me 6 tape 
drive detected and after that screen it doesn't shows me the actual drives in 
the last screen after which we need to commit the configuration it only shows 4 
drives checked.
