And many other times, people do this and have absolutely no clue what they're doing, why they did it, how to undo what they did, and are absolutely shocked to discover that not only are they unsupported, they've really shot themselves in one foot, reloaded, and fired again. They may have corrupted their catalog or had to throw away days of backup information because of something absolutely stupid that they have done. They don't read the manuals and can't find the technotes. Google is beyond them. I believe that you're not normally in that group, but it's a large group and unfortunately you're probably in the minority.
